MicroChem® Remote Mounted Measure Cells

MicroChem® Remote Mounted Measure Cells provide modular expansion for MicroChem® analyzer systems. These cells allow operators to add measurement capability to compatible MicroChem3 instruments using additional channel cards. As a result, facilities can configure a monitoring system around their specific water treatment needs.

This modular design supports applications where more than one measurement point or process parameter may be required. Moreover, it helps operators expand the system without replacing the full analyzer platform.

MicroChem Measure Cell Expansion

MicroChem® systems support flexible configuration. Therefore, additional measure cells can be added when the application requires more monitoring capacity. Up to three measurements are possible when compatible channel cards are installed in MicroChem3 instruments.

Additionally, this setup gives treatment plants more control over system planning. A facility may begin with one measurement and later add another parameter as operating needs change. For example, a system may support chlorine monitoring first and then expand to include pH or ORP measurement.

Compatible Monitoring Applications

MicroChem3 systems can support measurement combinations for chlorine, chlorine dioxide, pH, ORP, conductivity, and 4-20 mA signals. Because of this, these measure cells suit many municipal and industrial water treatment applications.

Furthermore, the system helps operators monitor important process conditions from one analyzer platform. This can reduce equipment complexity and improve daily visibility.
