Duperon FlexRake® GTS Fine Screen

The FlexRake® GTS Fine Screen is a high solids screening solution designed for low flow applications in septage receiving stations, prisons, nursing homes, and hospitals. With ¼ inch, ⅜ inch, and ½ inch bar openings, the FlexRake® GTS efficiently handles heavy solids loading, ensuring reliable operation without the need for operator intervention. It features Duperon Adaptive Technology™, incorporating Jam Evasion™ Technology, which allows the system to pivot around large debris like bedsheets, jumpsuits, and adult wipes. The system’s SmartLink™ multifunctional link system eliminates submerged sprockets and bearings, preventing fouling and jamming.

The FlexRake® GTS is offered in both in-channel and tank models, providing flexibility for various site conditions. The compact design allows for easy installation, while the self-cleaning scrapers ensure continuous debris removal.
