Aerator Anti Ice Diffuser EcoPak™

Aerator Anti Ice Diffuser EcoPak™ helps reduce ice build-up on an aerator in cold weather. It bolts to the top of the discharge cone and applies controlled heat where icing often starts. As a result, winter operation stays more reliable.

How It Works

First, a cast aluminum ring mounts securely on the discharge cone. Next, the ring’s internal heating cable warms the discharge area to limit ice formation. Therefore, the aerator can keep running with fewer winter disruptions. Additionally, an integral junction box includes an automatic, adjustable thermostat. Consequently, the diffuser regulates heat instead of running continuously.

Moreover, the cast aluminum ring supports rugged outdoor service. The heating output ranges from 1000 to 5000 watts, based on aerator horsepower. As a result, you can match heat capacity to the unit size. Also, the thermostat adjusts easily, so operators can fine-tune performance for local conditions.

Installation and Power

Additionally, EcoPak™ bolts to the top of the discharge cone for straightforward installation. However, it requires an independent 2-conductor electrical power cable for operation. Therefore, you can power the diffuser separately from other circuits when needed.
