Duperon Low Flow Screening System
The Duperon Low Flow Screening System is an automated solution for wastewater systems with flows under 1 MGD and up to 4 MGD. Combining FlexRake® Adaptive Technology™ and a washer compactor, it efficiently handles solids, reducing volume and weight. Ideal for small municipalities, it offers easy installation, low maintenance, and reliable performance during peak flows.
The Low Flow System meets the needs of small-scale wastewater systems, especially those with average flows of 1 MGD or less and peak flows up to 4 MGD. This pre-engineered, automated solution combines FlexRake® Adaptive Technology™ with a washer compactor to remove, clean, compact, and discharge screenings. It is ideal for municipal wastewater systems, particularly those in small communities or decentralized treatment systems that face financial and resource challenges.
The system is easy to install and comes with integral enclosures for added protection. Its self-cleaning system ensures that compaction and washing processes are performed efficiently. Moreover, it handles 4 MGD peaking events without disruptions. Built with 304 or 316 stainless steel, the system is corrosion-resistant and equipped with UHMW SmartLink™ technology, which guarantees long-lasting reliability.
