Duperon FlexRake® FP is a coarse screen that provides reliable solids removal for challenging debris in wastewater and industrial applications. Featuring individually replaceable stainless steel bars with ⅝ inch to 4-inch openings, it is designed to handle hard-to-capture debris like grease, grit, flushable wipes, and even large debris like bricks or sewer plugs. The FlexRake FP utilizes the FlexLink™ multifunctional link system, which eliminates submerged sprockets and bearings, reducing maintenance and improving reliability. The system removes debris automatically without operator intervention, ensuring consistent performance.

How the Duperon FlexRake® FP Works

The FlexRake® FP uses a mechanically cleaned bar screen system. The FlexLink™ multifunctional link system removes the need for submerged sprockets and bearings, reducing fouling and jamming. The scrapers on the UHMW-PE Thru-Bar™ system clean all sides of the bars, ensuring thorough debris removal and efficiency even during high-flow events. The system’s automatic operation makes it ideal for high-capacity applications, and the smart design enables it to handle large and difficult-to-remove debris without shutdowns.
