The FlexRake IQ2® Screening System is an intelligent screening system that adapts to varying flow conditions and handles high peaking factors caused by extreme weather and fluctuating debris. It combines fine screening during normal flow and automatically expands during peak conditions. This provides additional hydraulic capacity and a safety factor, ensuring maximum resiliency. The system uses Smart Bar Screen™ technology, offering a coarse screen for heavy flow and fine screen for debris capture, making it ideal for municipal headworks, pump stations, and industrial applications.

How the FlexRake IQ2® Screening System Works

The FlexRake IQ2® uses Smart LogIQ™ Sequence of Operations to automatically adjust its screening capabilities based on real-time flow and debris conditions. Re-engineered FlexLink™ technology ensures that large debris is efficiently handled without disrupting operation. The scrapers are designed to remove up to 4x more debris and quickly re-engage into the screening field. During peak flow conditions, the system expands its bar openings, providing extra capacity and automatically adapting to meet changing conditions.
