Heat exchangers that can be piped into existing hot water systems or a complete boiler / heat exchanger package
Sludge is pumped into an inlet pipe and flows in a serpentine configuration through a carbon steel pipe. The sludge tube is incased in a 2” diameter larger water pipe where water flows in a counter flow direction to the sludge. This counter flow design allows for the maximum possible heating capacity. Heat exchanger onfigurations include: Tube-in-Tube, Draft Tube and Combination Boiler/Heat Exchanger
