MULTIBLOCK® Filter Underdrain
MULTIBLOCK underdrains are a dual parallel lateral block system which uses compensating orifices to provide uniform backwash distribution of water and air.
The modular blocks are connected to one another to form lateral rows within a filter cell. Shield options are available and factory installed for direct media retention. When a gravel support bed is used the blocks are installed without a Shield. The lateral rows are connected through a flume located either below or at the end of the lateral rows
