MicroChem® Probes pH, ORP and Conductivity

Water Quality Sensor Probes MicroChem® pH, ORP, and Conductivity probes support continuous monitoring on the MicroChem3 platform. They give stable measurements in water and wastewater processes. Moreover, you can choose 12 mm probes for measure cells or flow cells, or immersion probes for tanks and piping.

12 mm Probe Options

First, 12 mm probes install into KC4, CL4, and CL1 measure cells. Alternatively, they can fit a stand-alone 12 mm flow cell. Most pH probes include a built-in temperature sensor. As a result, the system can compensate readings as sample temperature changes.
However, pH probes used with the KC4 rely on the temperature sensor already built into that cell. In contrast, ORP probes do not use temperature compensation. Therefore, ORP probes are not supplied with built-in temperature sensors.

Immersion Probes

Additionally, immersion probes mount inside a rugged Ryton housing for harsh service. You can mount them directly to a 3/4″ NPT pipe connection. Also, you can submerge them in a tank for in-process measurement.
Furthermore, the immersion design uses flat surface electrodes. Consequently, the flowing sample creates a self-cleaning action across the electrode face. pH and conductivity immersion probes include built-in temperature sensors. As a result, they can compensate measurements as temperature shifts. Again, ORP immersion probes do not use temperature compensation, so they do not include temperature sensors.
